"Content" - Encompasses all data of any type (such as profile information, descriptions, photos, ID documents, and contact details) submitted to our Website.
The Website (eireescort.com) is operated by The Service Provider.
These terms and conditions govern all advertising services provided by The Service Provider.
By placing an advertising order with The Service Provider, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
1. Services & Pre-Moderation Policy
The Website functions as an online advertising directory. We operate on a strict "Pre-Moderation" basis. This means no content goes live without manual review.
The process for publishing an advertisement is as follows:
- Registration & Draft: User creates a profile.
- Payment: User purchases a plan.
- Mandatory Verification: User uploads ID.
- Moderation Review: Admin reviews ID and Content.
- Activation: Only upon approval does the profile become visible to the public.

For clarification, a "day" is considered a full 24-hour period from the moment of activation (not payment). If there is a delay in verification, your advertising time does not start counting down until the profile is actually live.
2. Mandatory Age Verification
To ensure compliance with legal and payment network requirements:
- Requirement: All advertisers must be 18 years of age or older.
- Document Upload: You are required to upload a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (Passport, National ID, or Driver's License) via our secure panel before your profile can be activated.
- Review: Your ID will be manually checked by a moderator. If your ID is invalid, expired, or shows signs of forgery, your profile will remain in "Pending" status and will not be published.
- Rejection: If your verification is rejected, you will be notified to re-upload a valid document.
3. Content Monitoring & Prohibited Material
All user-generated content (photos and text) is reviewed before publication. The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in rejection or suspension:
- Depiction of minors or any content suggesting involvement of individuals under 18.
- Content depicting violence, coercion, trafficking, or non-consensual activity.
- Depiction of explicit illegal activities.
- Third-party copyrighted material (e.g., watermarked images, celebrity photos).
- Contact information or links to external sites embedded directly within photo content.
Any new photos uploaded to an already active profile will enter a pending_approval queue and will not appear publicly until approved by a moderator.
4. Payment Process
All payments for advertisements must be settled in full before the advertisement enters the moderation queue.
We accept payments through credit cards and various crypto-currencies via our secure online payment portal.
We do not operate as an escort agency or service. We do not process payments on behalf of advertisers. The Customer and The Service Provider are independent entities.
5. Chargebacks / Unsatisfactory Payments
In the event of a chargeback claim initiated by The Customer, the associated advertisement will be deactivated immediately. The Customer becomes liable for the full chargeback amount plus a €50 administrative fee. No further services will be provided until this debt is paid in full.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Once an advertisement is active on the Website, the service is considered to have commenced, and no refunds will be provided for any reason.
Verification Failures: If you pay for a plan but fail to provide valid ID documentation within a reasonable timeframe, or if you refuse to verify your age, you are not automatically entitled to a refund. It is the user's responsibility to ensure they have valid ID before purchasing.
You may deactivate or permanently delete your advertisement early, but no refund will be offered for the remaining time.
7. Advertisements & User Responsibility
The Customer is solely responsible for managing their Account and may only create one account and one advertisement on The Website.
Accounts are non-transferable and cannot be gifted, sold, or used by any third party.
8. VIP Status
The Customer agrees that purchasing a **VIP Status** provides specific advertising benefits. Once purchased, the sale is final. If a profile is suspended or deactivated by the user or due to policy violations, the VIP Status runs its course and is not paused.
9. Viewing and Uploading Adult Content
The Website features content of a sexually explicit nature. It is intended only for consenting adults.
By uploading any Content to this website, you confirm that:
- All individuals depicted in the content are 18 years of age or older.
- All individuals depicted consented to the content's creation and distribution.
- The content is not illegal and does not violate any other terms or local laws.
We reserve the right (without notice or refund) to reject, suspend, alter, or delete Content, or to disclose Content or behavior to authorities if it is subject to a complaint, breaches our terms, violates privacy rights, or if we believe a criminal offense may have occurred.

- The Customer is solely responsible for all liability arising from the publication of their advertisement.
- The Customer is solely responsible for their own tax obligations.
Agreeing to these terms does not affect your statutory rights.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Advertising Terms and Conditions at any time.
